Here is the menu and the tray as it arrived. I chose the marinated chicken with ratatouille. Standard fare is the little water in case you start choking and a bun which is probably the reason for the water.

This is the beans in olive oil and this was almost the best part of the meal. They were perfectly seasoned and there was a hint of smoked paprika.

Welcome to the cheese course, this little treasure box contained some fresh cheese on the left which is like cream cheese and there is butter for your bun etc.

Ladies and gentlemen my friend the chicken, marinated of course and the ratatouille which was very nice. As you can see there was a bit of rice as well. Chicken was moist, nice crispy skin Im not sure what to say to North American Airlines but you should take a cue or two.

and real silverware and a little wet nap to wipe your little mouth after your done. There was some Almond cake that I ended up jamming into my bag and later spending a good amount of time removing it.
