Ingredients:

Japanese Eggplant

1/2 part sake 1/2 part soy mixed together and boiled then chilled

mix of 50/50 bacon and 80/20 ground beef (ground together)

orange zest

toasted sesame seeds

Method:

Cut the eggplant into rounds and carve out a bit of the middle. Sprinkle some of the soy sake mix on top. Put a little ball of the meat/bacon mix inside. Into a 350 degree oven for ten min or until the fat is bubbling from the meat/bacon mix. Finish with some orange zest and toasted sesame seeds.
