0 FOOD PORN! BBQ Pork Ribs and Super Greens

Keeping it as low carb as I could these ribs where rubbed with my Bold and Spicy rub then slow cooked @ 220degrees for 4 hours until tender. Then added to a pan with water and one cup of my BBQ sauce brought to a boil in a 450 oven then reduced down to the glaze you see now.
I made some super greens, spinach, baby bok choy and arugula and stir fried it with garlic, olive oil and some seasoning.
I also for a little dipping put a slather of my BBQ sauce on the platter and some homemade blue cheese dressing on it (yes it is that good!)
Was a fatty heaven that nite (Ribs not diet food!)
