Healthy in a bowl and delicious at that! This will power your body for the day I promise and you will feel great.
Saute 2 cups broccoli in a pan with olive oil, chili, kosher salt and garlic for about ten min until fork tender. Add a ladle of tomato sauce and incorporate.
Cook one portion Organic Buckwheat soba noodles to the package and then into the pan. Flip the pan until everything is incorporated and the sauce has tightened around the noodles.
Plate, add a drizzle of olive oil and maybe some Parmesan cheese.
