Sharing my lunch from the other day! Simple grilled salmon belly just olive oil kosher salt and pepper. Grilled asparagus until tender finish with a squeeze of lime juice, olive oil and kosher salt.
Dill sauce: one cup Greek Yogurt, handful of chopped dill, squeeze of lemon juice mix well. This helps freshen the richness of the salmon belly.
