This will liven up any protein. Grill or pan fry your favorite protein I used a thin center cut pork chop with plenty of sea salt and pepper to make a great crust. After frying or grilling let it rest for 5 min then slice.
Cut in half some cherry tomato's, add some olive oil, some lemon juice,chopped chives. and crumbled goat cheese. Season and serve with some grilled bread to put it all together.
