0 Roasted Salmon with Butter Sauteed Asparagus and Hollandaise

Rich, Succulent and Decadent. This is all you need.

Roast Salmon in 400degree oven with salt and pepper until medium well in the middle.

Hot pan olive oil and unsalted butter add Asparagus and sautéed in pan for 3-5 min add kosher salt and pepper.

Serve with your favorite hollandaise recipe:

Chili Hollandaise:

one egg yoke, juice of half a lemon, one tablespoon of melted unsalted butter. Start by whisking egg yoke in a bowl over simmering water, when it starts to turn light yellow start drizzling in the melted butter, keep whisking never stop, now add a good amount of chili pepper powder keep whisking, check for seasoning and serve immediately
