Here is a smoked salmon pasta recipe that has some good heat and some fresh citrus to add a layer of flavor and freshness. Simple preparation should take you about 10 min…let’s go!



Smoked salmon pasta with chili and lime

  • Angel hair pasta
  • One fresh chopped chili
  • Large fresh chopped garlic clove
  • One lime for juice
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Parsley
  • One smoked filet of salmon
  • Olive oil
  • ½ cup white wine


Prepare the angel hair pasta according to the instruction, drain set aside drizzle some olive oil on it to keep it from sticking.

In a hot pan with olive oil sauté the onions, garlic and chili for one min. Now add the white wine and reduce to ¼. Add in the flaked smoked salmon and juice of half the lime, sauté for one min and add the pasta and parsley and toss until mixed.

Serve with a little lime juice on top…that’s it easy stuff kids give it a try its delicious way to use smoked salmon.
