Affogato (Expresso on Ice Cream)

- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- Double Shot of Expresso
- Mini biscotti or cookie
I like to serve this in a frozen medium sized coffee cup. Put cup in the freezer for ten min before assembling.
Add one 3 OZ scoop (or whatever size you desire) of your favorite Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
Pour over top a double shot of express. If you don't have an expresso maker then really strong coffee that you have cooled will also work.
Garnish with a little biscotti or small cookie of your choice.
