I get a version of these in Chinatown here in New York. It is usually late at night with many cocktails consumed. The spice of the Sriracha will bring you back to life if you need a little help at that hour. So easy so fast so delicious.

Ingredients
- 5 littleneck clams per serving
- sliced scallion
Chinatown Sauce
- tablespoon honey
- tablespoon sriracha sauce
- tablespoon lime juice
- teaspoon minced garlic
Directions
Make the sauce combine all the ingredients and adjust to your taste more heat more Sriracha sauce.
Clams into a bamboo steamer and steam until open about 6 min. Spoon some of the sauce into each clam and put the put back on for 30 seconds. Lid off, scallion on and enjoy
