You know the crispy skin on a baked potato that has that perfect piece of fluffy potato next to it well this does the trick to make every mouthful like that.

Ingredients

  • one Idaho Russet Potato
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt and pepper

Directions


Start by cutting the slit on the potato almost to the bottom (be careful not to cut all the way through) Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Into a 450 degree oven for 40-50 min.

That's it! Enjoy with some yogurt is how I like it.
