- as many little neck clams as you like I used 5 per person
- chopped chives
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- clove of garlic sliced
Put your olive oil in a pan turn to medium high add the sliced garlic and fry until just turning brown then remove the garlic and save the oil.
Clams onto a hot grill and check them after 2-3 min they should pop open. Remove carefully not to spill the juice and discard any that did not open.
Spoon the garlic oil into the clams and finish with chopped chives. So simple yet so amazing a taste.
NOTE:Those are uncured chicken dogs on the grill they go great with hot mustard.
