Here is a quick and tasty tapas, I say this as the pork is only about 1 ½ oz and three little tomatoes. Here is what you need!

  • Pork loin sliced thin
  • Bread crumbs
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Unsalted butter
  • Beaten egg
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic


Start by putting a little olive oil on some cheery tomatoes on the branch and rub with a garlic glove. Put into a 450 degree oven and roast until just starting to break down and take out.

Take a pork loin slice and now pound it until its ¼ inch thick. Dip in egg wash and then into seasoned bread crumbs and pan fry with olive oil and a little unsalted butter until golden brown. Put on a plate lay the tomatoes on top and add a squeeze of lemon and olive oil.

That’s it, it beautiful , it taste amazing!
