Smoked salmon pasta with chili and lime

- Angel hair pasta
- One fresh chopped chili
- Large fresh chopped garlic clove
- One lime for juice
- Chopped spring onion
- One smoked filet of salmon
- Olive oil
- ½ cup white wine
Prepare the angel hair pasta according to the instruction, drain set aside drizzle some olive oil on it to keep it from sticking.
In a hot pan with olive oil sauté the onions, garlic and chili for one min. Now add the white wine and reduce to ¼. Add in the flaked smoked salmon and juice of half the lime, sauté for one min and add the pasta and parsley and toss until mixed.
Serve with a little lime juice on top…that’s it easy stuff kids give it a try its delicious way to use smoked salmon.
