Live scallops, boil for 1 min in salted water, remove scallop muscle from skirt. Add a piece of fresh chili and one small piece of bacon secure with toothpick. Roast at 375degrees until bacon is almost crisp. Remove from shell plate and pour fat and nectar from shell onto plate and finish with finely chopped chives.
