Boneless skinless chicken thighs

Benny's Bold and Spicy :/archives/v1/chef/spices/bold-zesty-spicy/

Olive oil

Knob of butter

Take your chicken thighs and rub the Benny's Bold and Spicy all over. Add a couple tablespoons of olive oil to a pan, add the chicken and into a 425 degree oven. after 10 min add a pad of unsalted butter and bast every few min until done about 15-20 min depending on the size of the thighs.

Take out and drizzle the Bold and Spicy sauce that is in the pan onto the chicken and go to town!
