If you have any leftover curry you can mash it into a rustic chunky paste then put it a dumping wrapper into hot pan vegetable oil, add a splash of water cover and steam for a min cover off and when they are golden brown on the bottom they are done. Serve with some Lebne or some Greek Yogurt perfect snack!
