Just a bunch of goodness on a plate with some really simple peanut dressing:

Peanut Dressing: (per salad)

tablespoon organic smooth peanut butter

tablespoon soy sauce

tablespoon rice wine vinegar

pinch of chopped garlic and ginger

squeeze of lime juice

dash of sesame oil

mix all together
