Ingredients
- Fresh Uni
- Thinly sliced lardo
- Toasted bruschetta
Directions
Place a plump piece of Uni on the bruschetta followed by a thin piece of lardo, now into a 275 oven for 2 min to melt the fat. Add some chopped chives and go to heaven.
