Tomato and Spanish Onion with Blue Cheese dressing!!
This dressing will make your day. If you ever wonder how the steakhouses make that wonderful blue cheese dressing this is about as close as it gets.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup low fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup Maytag Blue cheese
- one clove of garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- one teaspoon sugar
Directions
Put all the dressing ingredients in food processor and blend. Check for flavor balance and adjust to your liking.
Serve the tomato room temp, the onion out of ice water to make them crisp, and chilled blue cheese dressing, finish with chives!
