FOOD PORN! Baked Breakfast Sandwich with Roasted Peppers

Roast the bacon and peppers together in 375 degree oven until bacon is crisp and peppers are sweet. Place one low carb flat-bread round on the bottom of mini spring pan. Layer of bacon, then pour over 2 beaten eggs, season, add American cheese and top with other have of flat-bread round. Bake @ 375 10 min serve with the bacon fat roasted peppers and saracha sauce.
