FOOD PORN! Slow Roasted Pork Belly with Orange/Pork fat reduction

Pork Belly on a rack, fresh orange juice and water in the bottom, slow roast at 220degrees for 8 hours making sure there is always liquid on the bottom. Take pork out, broil with some or the orange/pork fat dripping on top until crispy skin. Strain liquid through sieve and serve around mash potatoes.
