FOOD PORN! Smoked Fish Breakfast Sandwhich

We all love bacon but as you know to much can not be a good thing. So I substitute smoked fish in this healthy breakfast sandwich. Low carb rounds toasted, one organic local farmed egg fried in olive oil, melted cheddar cheese, smoked fish (Acme local in New Jersey) and Sriracha sauce.
