Olive Oil Fried Egg on Toast

Small non stick pan medium heat. Thick coating of olive oil. Crack egg and lightly fry adding kosher salt and pepper to the egg. Lightly toast your favorite bread and set on a plate.
When egg white is done bast the yolk with the olive oil. Now slide egg onto toast and spoon some more olive oil over egg. Finish with some red pepper flakes and your favorite hot sauce.
