Assemble TimeTake your bread and toast it just enough so you can see it just starting to change color. Now spread your Avocado onto it in a perfect even layer going from edge to edge. Now it's nice if you can put the sandwich at this point under a broiler to melt the cheese just enough so it sweats some of its oils out not so its bubbling enough to make it gooey (we like that work paired with cheese) Add some fresh micro greens like sunflower, radish or chives on top to cut some of the richness. Serve open faced or put the lid on it take a bite and watch it ooze out onto a plate. (We like to use a fork and knife to cut it to get every bit in every bite! |
