Ingredients
- Spring mix salad greens like a mix of rocket, spinach radicchio its really up to you
- Toasted pine nuts
- Fresh mozzarella
- Thinly sliced parma ham
- Fresh fruit such as peaches or whatever is in season, I used a tangerine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
Directions
Start by laying the greens out on a large plate and make one even layer.
Next lay the sliced of parma ham almost draping them on the greens, scatter the fruit of your choice around the greens, now add some toasted pine nuts and then tear the mozzarella and place it around.
Finish with some good olive oil splashed around and add a few grains of kosher salt around.
