Ingredients

  • Fresh green beans
  • Whole salmon filet
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil or sesame chili oil if you like it hot

Directions

Coat the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper very heavily on the skin side. Now put on a hot bbq skin side down and close the lid. Cooking time will be around 8-15 min depending on thickness. You will tell when it’s done as the flesh will turn light pink and you will see the fats rendering out of the fish. Once done put aside and tent with foil.

Take your green beans and trim the ends off so they are all the same size and you don’t have any of the woody ends you will see in the photo. Now really hot pan or wok add some olive oil and it will start to smoke right away toss in the bean and keep tossing, now add on teaspoon or splash of soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil. Cook for about one min and put aside. Now take the salmon filet and with a knife start breaking rustic chunks out of it and put on a plate. Top with some of the beans and finish with some sesame seeds. Little two bite perfection and very healthy!

Enjoy!
