EASTER RECIPE: Cheese Board, LA to Spain

- Aged Manchego Cheese (Spain),
- fresh goat cheese with herbs add olive oil and some of your favorite chopped herbsor other fruits like apple, pear or a fruit compote also works well
- fresh figs
- Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog Goat cheese with veg ash in the middle (California)
- Toasted hazelnuts in local honey (Jersey USA) crush them after they have been toasted
Assemble anyway you like as to what is most appropriate to the occasion. Adjust the amount to the guest I factor around 3-4 oz per person. Remember this is not a cheese fest quality over quantity.
