Ingredients
- Benny’s egg salad mix
- Crispy bacon
- Good rye bread
- Tobiko roe
Directions
Toast the rye bread and using a one inch or around there ring mold punch out a circle of the bread. Now start to layer, put a layer of the egg salad, now break up a piece of bacon and add a layer of the bacon, now another layer of the egg salad. Top it off with a nice layer of Tobiko row and carefully pull of the mold and finish with a piece or green and sprinkle some of the Tobiko around for more presentation.
