Was at the Mitsuwa Japanese store in New Jersey and found some amazing Fluke and some REAL Wasabi. Now if you have never had real wasabi as opposed to that stuff in a tube then you have been eating Steakums and never had a steak.
I could not find any shark skin to grate it on but my micro plane worked fine. I cut the fish and added freshly grated wasabi and a fresh ginger spear. Simple and amazing enjoy!
