You are going to need my BBQ sauce to make these work so if you have not made it spend a little time and put this one together. You will have plenty left for a few more BBQ so its worth the effort.

Now you are going to need my jerk chicken recipe which is here
http://bennydoro.com/chef/recipes/jerk-chicken-marinade/
Ok start by preparing the jerk chicken marinade and follow the recipe right to the grilling of the chicken. Once you have prepared the chicken you can keep it in the fridge until your ready to make the sliders. For that extra extra flavor this is an important piece of the recipe.
Now prepare the slaw:
Put all the wet ingredients into a bowl and whisk together. Now add the cabbage and mix together. Keep in the fridge until ready no more than an hour or so as it will get soggy.
Now take your chicken (about one leg per slider) and shred it with a fork and put into a medium heat pan. Now add a few tablespoons of the BBQ sauce and mix together until the sauce is part of the chicken and there is no loose sauce in the pan.
Time to toast the buns do this on the grill or in an oven just until they get the doughyness out of them. Now to assemble put about two tablespoons of the chicken on the bottom bun followed by a good heaping amount of the slaw and some fresh cilantro. Complete it with the top bun and that’s it!
This will be a taste treat hitting def-con five! Enjoy kids!
Benny
NOTE: you can use regular size buns but the slider size is a lot of fun
