- 12 chicken wings separated into wings and drumettes
- Canola oil for frying
- One spring onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon siracha sauce. Blend together and set aside
Start by frying the wings in canola oil @ 375 degrees for about 12-15 min until golden brown.
Now toss in a bowl with 1/3 of the dipping sauce and plate with the spring onion.
Serve with the dipping sauce on the side and ..well rock out!
