(Warning! Contains high fat content and calories) Had a roast chicken breasts that i had destine for the meat slicer and then onto this monster of a sandwich which fed two people for the entire day. This one you could take to any New york deli and it will give them a run for their money.

  • one pound thinly sliced chicken breast
  • shredded jack cheese
  • fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • sharp cheddar cheese slices
  • several bacon strips
  • fresh tomato sliced this is the heathly part of this sandwich
  • chilpolte mayo one teaspoon chipoltle Tabasco sauce to one cup mayo
  • sliced rye bread


Not rocket science to put this one together but preheat an oven to 400 degrees and start by layering the jack cheese on one piece of rye bread. Follow by the sliced chicken, a little olive oil kosher salt and pepper, now the fresh mozzarella. then on the other piece of bread put the cheddar cheese and put all this into the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbling slightly, . Take out and add the sliced tomatoes then mayo and chili flakes for heat. add the bacon to the cheddar cheese side. Put the top on and go to town!
