Using two favorite Asian sauces readily available at most grocery stores you can put together a restaurant quality meal in less than 20 min.

Start by seasoning your salmon filet with salt and pepper then into a pan or sheet tray into a 375 degree oven for about ten min. Once you start to see the white fat coming out of the filet take some of the sweet chili sauce and glaze the salmon all around and back into the oven for about another 5 to 10 min. I like my salmon medium rare and you can tell by touching the salmon and seeing how firm it is. If it is still a little soft it’s rare to medium rare. If it’s firm it is well done. Take out and let rest for a few min. make sure to save any of the juices in the pan.

Steps

1
Done
10 min

Take a frying pan and put it on high heat. Add some vegetable oil and when it starts to smoke add the green beans and let sit in the pan for 30 seconds and don't move them. This will give them a chance to get a little char on them.

Now add a teaspoon of the Garlic Chili sauce and a splash of sesame oil and now toss in the pan for another min until all the beans are coated.

15 min

Plate your salmon spooning any of the sauce on top and compliment with the charred beans and some sesame seeds. Makes a great low carb meal super tasty a little bit of zip and healthy.
