5 oz Can Italian oil packed tuna, drained
4 tablespoons room temp unsalted butter
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon Smoked salt (or regular kosher salt)
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Smoked parika
1 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley

Putting it all together
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together expect the parsley and let sit in the fridge for 20 min for all the flavors to combine. Making sure to taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
Before serving mix in the fresh parsley and dust with a little smoked paprika. This will give a nice smokey aroma.
Serve with crackers, cheese toasties, vegetable crudite or potato chips.
