Spicy Salmon Sushi my style

- Prepared sushi rice
- Spicy salmon, this is the same as used in the rolls
- Toasted nori
- Tobiko roe
- ½ cup Japanese mayo
- Teaspoon saracha sauce
- Drizzle sesame chili oil
I took a square mold and sprayed a little canola oil on the inside so nothing would stick.
I put half way up with the sushi rice, then I finish with the spicy salmon mixture.
Now I take a square of the nori and place it half way up the square, now take the Tobiko and put it on the section where the nori is not covering.
To make it clean looking take the nori off and turn it upside down and you will get a nice result. I finished with some radish sprouts pushed into the spicy salmon to make a little garden around it.
Finish with some toasted nori dropped around the plate and enjoy!
