Tuna Steak with Bandiola Steak Rub

- 6 oz tuna filet
- Bandiola Steak Spice Rub
- Vegatable oil
- one cup heavy cream
- tablespoon wasabi powder
- 1/2 light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- few drops of sesame oil combine all ingredients and set aside
Start by making the wasabi cream, combine the cream and wasabi powder in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Taste and check for flavor intensity and adjust to your liking. Cool in the fridge until ready to use. When ready to plate put into a whip cream dispenser and shake before dispensing.
Roll your tuna steak in the Bandiola steak rub and let rest for 5 min. Now either a hot pan vegetable oil or a hot grill cook each side of the tuna for one min (as you can see in the photo how far to cook each side) and let rest for a min.
To serve slice a few wedges put on a plate, dispense a few flowers of the wasabi cream and finish with the sauce drizzle around the tuna.
To eat get a little of the wasabi cream on the tuna and dip in the sauce this is the perfect bite.
