Udon Noodles with Tomato and Garlic
Saute grape tomatoes in olive oil with garlic and salt and pepper. (add a few chili flakes) . Drain noodles add a little noodles water to the pan and and small knob of butter. Saute until the noodles have sucked up all the liquid. Toss in some fresh basil and grated sharp dry cheese of your choice.
