I am pleased to announce, that I have joined the Board of Directors of Pyramid Records.   I am coming in, as an Equity Partner and to "Revamp the Business" and bring it into the digital world.  Part of the vision, is to create value from the masters, that are owned by the Company, that have not been exploited as of yet.  These artists include:

I have an agenda, of creating a “New Artist Division” where we will source to Sign newer groups, that have a mostly digital audience, taking advantage of the Cost Effective Digital Distribution.

We will also be making some older artist acquisitions, in order to put out some New Product and package several of the groups on tour packages.

I am looking forward to working with the CEO; Allen Jacobi and Dan Barnett, from Live Nation, who has also been brought aboard as a director.
