4 FOOD PORN! Eggs and Chorizo in Smokey Tomato Sauce

start with tomato sauce, chopped onion garlic, salt, pepper and smoked paprika and add 2 eggs
add some chopped chorizo on the top
finish with thin sliced Manchego cheese and some grated to finish it off
bake in 400 degree oven until cheese is bubbling and golden brown!
