Spring mix, apple wood smoked bacon (it's not, but all American marketing will use this term like any mom and pa would even know what that is or if it exist, and if it did how much difference does it taste) My simple deviled egg with some lemon aioli  dressing, added some leftover focaccia and reduced balsamic and honey to the bacon....yum and fun!
