Basic Crepe batter eggs, milk, flour, vanilla extract,  into hot pan with butter roll batter to cover entire bottom, flip when dry on first side keep warm in 200degree oven

One pound of strawberries chopped, half into a pot with tablespoon sugar and splash orange liqueur  bring to boil reduce to syrup

Make 5 inch crepes, put fresh strawberries in the middle fold over repeat.

Finish with strawberry compote and fresh whipped cream
