Boil shrimp 2 min in Old Bay seasoned water. Shock in ice bath, rocket, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, lay shrimp on top and put a dollop of homemade Spicy Russian dressing (mayo, rice wine vinegar, ketchup and saracha) Finish with radish sprouts.
