Here is a marinade that I use often with all kinds of meats and fish. It is perfect for marinading meat,chicken, use in stir fry's you name it. It's a staple in my place and its easy to make and keep around in the fridge for up to ten days.

Ingredients
- 2 cups light soy sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 5 cloves of garlic minced
- large knob of ginger minced
- tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let sit for at least an hour for flavors to blend. Store in the fridge for ten days and use for everything. Always adjust the ingredients to your taste, you want more sweet add more sugar etc its really up to you.
