Servings

2 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 or five thin pork loins
  • 5 cloves of garlic thin sliced
  • one large holland chili thin sliced
  • corn starch for dredging
  • soy sauce
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • vegatable oil

Directions

Cut a slit into the fat on the side of the pork loin to stop it from curling up in the pan when frying. Rub some soy sauce on the pork then dredge it in some corn starch and shake off the excess. Add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil into a skillet and heat well. Once the oil is ready add the meat and cook about 5 min or so on each side until brown and a little crispy, then remove and drain on paper towel.

Remove any excess oil and just leave a few tablespoons of fat in the pan. Turn your heat down to low and add the chopped garlic and chili along with some salt and pepper.  Cook until garlic is brown (but not burned) and then add back the pork loin to heat through and toss with the garlic and chili.

Plate and serve with crispy rice noodles or rice.

Enjoy!
