Inspired by the Reuben at Katz Deli here in New York I give you the Reuben Dog! All 750 calories of ooey gooey luscious 6 inches of wiener smothered in Russian dressing and melted cheese topped with pickles…..there is not much to say but EAT ONE!

Ingredients
- Good all beef wieners
- Fresh hot dog buns
- Russian dressing
- Dill pickles
- Brown deli mustard
- Shredded Swiss cheese
- Sauerkraut
Directions
Grill your dog, now place in the toasted bun and add a lawyer of brown deli mustard. Now coat with a nice layer of Russian dressing (50/50 ketchup and mayo) and top with Sauerkraut and a lot of shredded Swiss cheese and now broil until the cheese has melted but not browned.
Top with sliced dill pickled and enjoy with a nice cold beer or six!
